How can I track my transfer?
After your money has been sent, you may want to know its whereabouts on its transfer journey. At WorldRemit, we notify you of the transfer progress at every step of the way. How do I cancel a transfer that I have made?
The fastest way to request a cancellation is through the website or app. How to request a cancellation: 1. Log in to your account via the website or app 2. Go to your transfer activity 3. Go to the transfer you want to cancel 4. Press "Request cancellation". After you request a cancellation, we will send an email to inform you if the request was successful. Unfortunately, we may not be able to refund a transfer after it has been been paid out.
How long will it take for my money to arrive?
In more than 90% of cases, transfers sent using WorldRemit are ready in minutes. This means that funds have been sent to our local partner and are ready for collection by your recipient, or to be credited into their bank account or mobile wallet. This time frame will vary based on the country you are sending to and the pay-out method you have chosen, but the expected delivery time will always be displayed to you before you make a payment. Although we aim to complete transfers within the estimated time frame given, actual delivery time can be influenced by a range of factors including mandatory verification checks on you or your recipient, third party opening and operating hours, or the accuracy of recipient information provided at the time of transfer.
