I*mLamin. For me, it’s simple: I am driven to make the world a better place. Living and working in two vastly different countries has opened my eyes to a wealth of opportunities. In my work, I ensure the air that we breathe in, and land that we live off of, is safe and clean. But my philanthropy doesn’t end there. I am also a justice champion.
Back home in The Gambia, I work to connect various people and their communities to educational and career opportunities, as well as ensure they have access to adequate healthcare services. I am also proud to be able to contribute to my niece and nephew’s school fees, as well as fund charities, and help organise community events.
I’m making a world of difference by protecting the environment in the UK, and improving healthcare in The Gambia by sending money back home.
